Rant A Head (Take 1)

Okay, for the last week I been trying to pound my way into writing the normal story/narrative format that everyone in fandoms do. And I found that I hate writing that way. I tried to conform.
I really, really did.
Straight narrative format is not working for me. It's like trying to squeeze myself into a round peg when I know damn well I'm a square one. (if that makes any sense)
However, I'm not writing because I want a hell of lot attention, and fanfic awards.
No, I'm writing because the plot bunnies won't leave me alone, and the characters that I develop deserve to be brought to life.
However, I don't write well in traditional script format either. My style is a hybrid of script and narrative format. So there is a little bit for everyone. I'm going over the next few weeks and months try to flesh out my format.
I also realised that I like doing long, drawn out webseries style fanfiction. Much like the ones on Epiguide.
So fuck trying to conform, I'm going to be a rebel of sorts and do things my own way.
If I get readers (cool), if not well at least I did a few series that I can be proud of.
